The Order Process    

To ensure that we can write a quality CV for you, we operate in the following way:

Step 1	Once you have placed the order for our services, we ask you to send us a copy of your current CV and/or complete our standard questionnaire to help us gather all the necessary information to produce a thorough and professionally written curriculum vitae.
Step 2	If you place an order for the CV Makeover Service, your Consultant will start work on your CV straight away.  Writing you a completely new CV! However, if you have chosen to order the more expensive, more in-depth full Professional CV Writing Service, a Consultant will organise a consultation to discuss your CV and career history further. This consultation can be done over the phone or simply by email, depending on your preference and availability.  Most clients opt for email consultation for ease and convenience.
Step 3	Once your new CV is complete, we will send you the initial draft of your newly written CV. You then have a period of 7 days to raise any issues or discuss any changes required. 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!  To ensure all our customers are 100% happy, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Revision Service.  CV Makeover customers can submit one set of revisions within 7 days and the full Professional CV Writing customers can make as many changes as required over the course of the 7 days.
Step 4	Once we have received your comments, we finalise the document and send you your new professionally written CV by email in Word or .pdf format.  We can also post it to an employer directly for a small fee of £2.00.
